This pumpkin pie pecan sauce is like a rich flavorful stand in for caramel. It is perfect for a fall treat!
- 1½ cups pecans
- 1 c cashews
- 4 pitted dates
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- Roast nuts at 350 for 10 minutes. Add all ingredients to a high powdered blender with the nuts last. Blend until a caramel sauce consistency. If it's too thick add more coconut oil.
