Cinnamon Almond Butter. You just can’t beat homemade almond butter. Plus it’s SO easy!! My blendtec twister jar blends this up in 40 secs. You can also use a food processor but that can take up to 30 mins….
INGREDIENTS:
2 C of raw almonds
2 tbsp of coconut oil
3/4 tsp of cinnamon
large punch of salt
3-4 pitted medjool dates
Put 2 C of raw almonds on a baking sheet and toast at 350* for 10-15 mins. Let cool. #littlecoconuttytip throw these in the oven right after cooking something else and save them for later when you’re actually ready to make your almond butter. Throw in high powered blender or food processor along with 2 tbsp of coconut oil, 3/4 tsp of cinnamon a large punch of salt and 3-4 pitted medjool dates. If you don’t have the twister jar you may have to periodically stop and scrape down the sides.
