Dressing: 3 oz avocado oil, 1 oz rice vinager, 2 pitted dates, 2 slices of ginger, salt and pepper 2-5 tsp of coconut aminos to taste. Blend in blender. Salad: cabbage, romain, oranges, yellow pepper, carrots (chopped in food processor) red onion, green onion, toasted almonds(sliced slivered or chopped) more the better. Shredded or cubed chicken.
