I used to be afraid to buy the wild sockeye salmon instead of farmed from costco, because for some reason the wild has the skin on one side. But really it is soo simple and cheaper than buying frozen individual filets.
Season with a tiny bit of avocado oil (used my misto) salt, Adobo Seasoning. Flip so it’s skin up. Broil 6 inches under broiler 4 mins. Peel skin and flip. Cook another 3 mins. Boom. Done. Fish for dinner.
