RECIPE: massaged kale (in lemon to make less bitter) romaine lettuce, quinoa cooked in chicken stock, stir in 2 cloves of garlic and season with s&p (exclude to make whole30) chopped strawberries, chopped up orange, chopped red onion, sliced roasted almonds and chicken. Top with my STRAWBERRY DRESSING and if you’re really feeling fancy add some balsamic glaze from Trader Joes.
