Breakfast sandwich anyone? If you make your sweet potato buns ahead of time then it will save time in the morning. I filled this sandwich with, fried egg, guacamole, red onion, sweet orange bell pepper and paleo mayo. It was perfection!

Pineapple Balsamic Salad
Pineapple and Balsamic Salad…it’s a killer combination. Sometimes the best meals are thrown together when you’re trying to get rid of left overs, am I right??
RECIPE: Spinach and romain mix topped with fresh pineapple, red bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, chopped turkey meat, plantains, fresh guacamole curtesy of @memoirsofafitmom and topped with balsamic glaze from trader joes, it’s pretty clean and no added sugar but to make it whole30 just make your own balsamic reduction in a pan with balsamic vinegar.

Roasted Red Pepper Salsa
The BEST blender salsa recipe.
REIPE: First broil 1/2 red pepper until charred, throw in blender with 1/2 yellow onion, 1 Serrano pepper, 1/2 can of green chilies (omit to make whole30) 1/2 lime, 1/2 tsp of salt and 4 small tomatoes. Pulse until desired consistency. If you want it less spicy add more tomatoes.
