I love a good side dish for lunch sometimes….ok a lot of the time. This Whole30 and Paleo side dish only took me 10 minutes to make because I already had bacon cooked up.
- 1 bag of shredded brussels sprouts
- 3 pieces of cooked bacon chopped into pieces
- 1 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
- salt and pepper
- Heat oil in a skillet to med high heat. Add bacon pieces and shredded brussels sprouts to oil and sauté until nice and crispy. You could add some slivered almonds and drizzle balsamic vinegar to add and extra touch.
