These toffee squares have been a family recipe for years and a favorite, so I just swapped out the flour for my favorite “Cup for Cup” gluten free flour and it worked perfectly! No one would ever know it’s gluten free!
Gluten Free Toffee Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups cup for cup gluten free flour use regular flour if not gluten free
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, Bake in greased 9×13 pan at 350* for 15-20 minutes. While hot ice with a package of chocolate chips and spread.
