Chocolate Covered Plantains, I could eat you every single day! You HAVE to try these…they are salty, sweet and crunchy kind of like chocolate covered pretzels. In a couple of them I tried making a sandwhich with my cashew pecan butter spread in the middle then dipped in chocolate and it was yum! 3 steps: 1. Melt chocolate chips 2. Dip roasted plaintan a in chocolate and let dry on parchment paper 3. Try not to eat all of them!
