You guys! Did you know there are several healthy foods that can cause bloating especially if you’re out of control and eat too many nuts like I did last night??? Let’s just say I’m paying for it today…water to the rescue! The more water you drink the less water you retain and keeps your digestion on point. If you are feeling bloated some culprits could be too many nuts (yes includes nut butters) really fibrous greens like Brussel sprouts and broccoli along with fruit. I usually only notice bloating when I eat too much of one of the above. Moderation is key and don’t forget to drink water!
