Sweet potato toast is so versatile, I slice up the sweet potatoes, lightly oil with avocado oil and salt and cook at 400* for 30 mins flipping in between. I cook up a bunch and when I’m ready to eat I pop it in the toaster to heat it up. My favorite toppings include smashed avocado, guacamole, banana almond butter and honey and jam (when not on whole30). Go make some toast!
