Oldie but a Goodie! My grandma has been making this salad for years! With a few alterations I made it Paleo and whole30 friendly. My 3 year old made me pick out the onions but other than that she devoured it…the sweet dressing helps 😉 1 large head of broccoli or 3 small, (cut tops off and chop florets into bite sized pieces), 1/2 diced red onion, 5-6 crispy pieces of crumbled bacon, 1 diced Apple, 2 handfuls of raisins, 2 handfuls of roasted chopped almonds. Dressing: 1 cup of paleo mayo >> recipe: #coconuttyspaleomayo mixed with 1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar and 2 dates or 1 tbsp of date paste. Blend it up in your @blendtec . Add to salad depending on how much dressing you like 😉 I like a lot!
