EGG MUFFINS

September whole30ers!! We are halfway there!! I’ve been wanting to save time in the mornings so today I made 2 dozen egg muffins to last us through the week. 8 eggs, seasoned with S&P smoked paprika and bacon grease, pour in greased muffin tin, top with chopped aidells chicken sausages, peppers and onions. Bake at 350* for 15-20 mins. (Makes 12) top with fresh avocado.
