The weekend is the perfect time to make pizza with your kids instead of grabbing a hot-n-ready! This is fast, easy and kid approved (my 8 & 10 yr old cousins said it was the most interesting/best pizza they ever had). The crust is shredded sweet potato (food processor to save time) 1-2 eggs. Press into a greased pan and cook at 375• for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add toppings. Cook for another 15 mins. Put on desired toppings.

These look marvelous! What is the egg to potato ratio on these (i.e. 1 potato to 2 eggs)? Also, is the potato raw or cooked before it hits the food processor?
