Britta’s Nursery took me forever to put together because I was starting from scratch. My first 2 girls had the same nursery but since it’s been 6 years since I first decorated it, it needed an update BAD! This time around the nursery also needed to serve as a guest bedroom so I needed to figure out furniture placement and design that worked with a bed AND a crib AND a glider so that was a little tricky.
Pink, Black and Gold Nursery
I got the mattress from HELIX, it’s one of those bed in a box companies and what I love about Helix is that you can customize the mattress depending on how firm or hard you want it, it is the softest, comfiest bed in my house. I got the headboard for the guest bed from amazon, link HERE. Bedding and swan from target.
I used the dark wood colored Hemnes Dresser from IKEA and rubbed some gold leafing on the draw pulls to tie in the gold theme. Circle mirror is from Target.
Rug is from RUGS USA link is HERE. 50 percent of the rugs in my house are from RUGS USA you can get a huge rug for a couple hundred dollars, they have the best sales!
The crib I talked about in my last post, I got this from DELTA CHILDREN.
The glider is from target, I got it 6 years ago and my mom had it recovered for me.
The crib sheet is from COPPER PEARL, and as a side note you MUST buy their swaddles, they are the softest and so so much better than the muslin swaddles, those flailing arms will stay put!

Oh I Love this room! You did a great job using the space! I would have never thought to look for a bed frame on amazon! Super cute!
