Fire Roasted Cilantro Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- spinach
- avocado
- pico de gallo
- roasted peppers
- broiled chicken
- DRESSING
- 3 oz avocado oil
- 2 oz rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 pitted dates
- ½ bunch of cilantro
Instructions
- CHICKEN // season chicken breasts (lightly oil, smoked paprika, cayenne, oregano, onion powder and salt) broil for 6-8 minutes on one side flip and broil 4-6 minutes till internal temp is 165.
- DRESSING // put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.

This salad is incredible! I just made it for lunch today and just had to comment and say how seriously delicious this salad is. This is incredible restaurant salad tier salad. I will be making this part of a monthly rotation for sure.
