*Disclaimer: I am not currently pregnant or a doctor but there is nothing in the world that I hate more than morning sickness and it kicks. my. trash. Luckily I haven’t had to be hospitalized but I throw up for 5 months straight and every time I get up from the couch. I’m nauseous till the second that baby is out of me sooo this brings us to this post! I am trying to gear up for getting myself pregnant sometime in 2016 and I have done tons of research and talked to a bunch of people about their experiences and this is what I’ve come to… Morning sickness can be a nutrient deficiency especially magnesium so you have to stock up on this MONTHS BEFORE you get pregnant! My game plan is drink Crio Bru every morning (tons of magnesium) take prenatals and magnesium supplements and just eat as healthy as I can! I use a FRENCH PRESS like this one HERE to brew my crio bru. I will let you guys know if this works out as soon as I get the guts to pull the goalie, sorry if this post is TMI but I had to share if anyone prays to die while suffering from morning sickness like I do! My Favorite prenatals are THESE because I can take them on an empty stomach and not feel sick!
*UPDATE: A lot of readers suggested that you use a magnesium spray or oil because it is better absorbed through the skin.
