This one’s for my girlfriends who say they don’t have time to cook a healthy meal. 15 minutes start to finish. It’s not paleo but still pretty healthy in my books.
RECIPE: Aidell’s teriyaki and pineapple chicken meatballs (I get these at Costco) chopped red bell peppers, canned pineapple and some pineapple juice and some coconut aminos. Throw into pan and cook till warmed through. Put on top of quinoa or rice of choice.
Green piña colada: pineapple juice, lite canned coconut milk, spinach and ice.
My family loves this meal!!
