Fajita Salad? Yes please! If you have left over steak this is the best way to eat it because nobody deserves leftover microwaved steak!
RECIPE: First slice up some red bell peppers and yellow onion and cook in skillet with tbsp of avocado oil cook on medium low for 15 minutes until slightly charred and really tender. Then slice steak into pieces, and add to pepper and onion mixture and cook till heated through. You can make tacos or add to salad with your choice of toppings. I just did some avocado and my red pepper salsa.
