Need a quick easy lunch? Turkey roll-ups are my favorite and I pack whatever vegetables I have on hand into them. This has spiralized cucumber, carrots finely chopped along with avocado, mustard and S&P. After doing the whole30 I’ve realized bread and beans are just filler foods taking up important space that could be filled with more nutrients like vegetables.
