PROTEIN PORRIDGE

I usually eat some form of eggs or sausage err’y day since my first whole30 back in June…so once in a while I get burnt out and want something else. This is a egg porridge inspired by @xohappyhealthyfoodie‘s coconut egg scramble. It really hit the spot today! in a blender combine 3 eggs, 1/3 c coconut milk, 1 banana, 1 tbsp hemp hearts, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp coconut flour a few shakes of cinnamon. Blend. Cook on skillet in coconut oil till desired consistency. Top with coconut milk, chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, banana and whatever fruit of choice.
