These are my favorite green beans, I’ve been making them for a couple years now and they happen to be whole30 approved. You HAVE to make these! I paired it with my #sevenminutesalmon and it was perfect. Recipe: (from pioneer woman) Melt bacon grease or oil of choice in skillet, add 1/2 of a chopped onion until translucent. Add green beans (about a pound) and cook for a minute, add 1 cup of compliant chicken broth, 1 chopped red pepper, salt and pepper. Simmer on low and covered with foil or lid. Cook for 20 mins until most of the liquid has evaporated and the beans are soft.
