I like nothing more than stealthy healthy food for my girls. What they think is a treat is really a green smoothie filled with other healthy goodness.
20 oz of almond milk. Large scoop of nut butter or peanut butter, 2 tbsp of coco powder, 3 pitted medjool dates, 2 frozen bananas, 1 c frozen spinach, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp flax seed, 1-2 large handfuls of ice. Blend it up!
