The biggest difference I noticed when doing the @whole30 was my energy was up and constant. Before I was a “sugar burner” but after my body started using fat as fuel instead of carbs and sugar I noticed I didn’t take one single nap, I didn’t have a 3 in the afternoon slump, I had great focus and fell asleep easy at night. The last 2 weeks I haven’t been feeling like this (too many carbs and sugar) so I know it’s time to get back on track! Time for a week of whole30 to get me back on track!
