This smoothie is the PERFECT undercover healthy shake that you can feed your kids and they won’t even notice the healthy add ins.
RECIPE: 20 oz of liquid (almond milk/coconut milk/water) + 2 bananas + 2-3 large handfuls of spinach + 1/2 c almonds + 1 tbsp each of hemp hearts/chia seeds/hemp hearts + 3-4 tbsp coco powder + drizzle of maple syrup or dates. Blend then add 2 cups ice and blend some more.
