These are a perfect paleo pumpkin treat! No pseudo flours just healthy goodness so you don’t feel guilty when you eat 2 or 5…I did half with chocolate chips and half without. These would be good slathered with my coconut honey butter OR topped with ice cream and bananas …not that I would know….
RECIPE: 1 c almond butter, 1 1/2 c canned pumpkin, 1/3 c raw honey, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, dark chocolate chips. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, pour into muffin tins and bake for 35 mins at 350•
