One bite of this and you will be sold!! I usually make this recipe with almonds but I used cashews today and holy creamy!!
2 cups slightly roasted cashews. 1-3 tbsp of coconut oil (depending on how runny you like it) 1 tbsp coco powder, few shakes of cinnamon, 3 pitted dates. Blend up in a high powered blender or food processor.

Bananas, apples, sweet breakfast toppings, icecream whatever else sounds good;) you can also do 1 1/4 cup of cashews and 1 c pecans and no coco, use a tsp of cinnamon and it is a delicious pecan cashew butter!
