first sear beef chuck roast in hot oil in a pan on all sides. Place in pot roast with 1 cup of water, some chopped onion and 1-2 tsp Trader Joe’s 21 season salute and fresh salt and pepper. Cool on high for 8-9 hours. Cut up red potatoes and carrots and add 2 tsp olive oil to a bowl 1/2 tsp of sea salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper and seasoning of choice, I like herbs de province. Bake @425 for 30-40 mins until done. The basil dressing recipe is 4 oz avocado oil, 3 oz rice vinegar, 1-2 tbsp of honey or 2 pitted dates, 1 Clove of garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Blend.
