Wing Sauce Spiralized Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 7 small Yukon or red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of tessemae's wing sauce or franks hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 pieces of cooked bacon
Instructions
  1. First mix melted ghee, olive oil and wing sauce together. Spiralize your potatoes using the single flat blade, (or you can just cut up your potatoes in chunks) pour mixture evenly over potatoes and season well with salt and pepper. Sprinkle pieces of bacon over dish. Bake at 425* for 30-40 minutes until tender flipping in between and adding more wing sauce so it's well coated. When done toss, taste, season some more and add diced green onions.
